Villa Rosa, or Braga delle Rose, one of the most refined noble residences in the area, is located in the charming town of Tramonte in the municipality of Teolo, on the hillside of the Sengiari-Lonzina group. The building, originally belonging to the Camposampiero family and later passed on to the Rosa family in the 17th century, was rebuilt at the beginning of the 18th century on the site of a 16th-century structure: the remains of a watchtower that was later used as a dovecote. The owner, Francesco Rosa, was a wealthy merchant with a Venetian noble title, who married Gabriella Carla Patin, the daughter of a famous Parisian doctor who taught at the University of Padua.
